Second Chance Employability Skills Workshop

Second Chance Employability Skills Workshop

Your past doesn’t have to determine your future. Let’s get you ready for your next opportunity!

This free workshop is designed especially for individuals who may have faced barriers to employment and want to feel more prepared and confident when meeting employers at the Second Chance Job & Resource Event.

During the workshop, you’ll get practical, hands-on help to:

• Build or improve your resume and learn how to highlight your strengths, skills, and experience.
• Practice interviewing, including how to confidently answer difficult questions about employment gaps, background challenges, or your past.
• Prepare to meet employers by learning which companies will be at the Job Fair and what types of positions they are looking to fill.
• Build confidence so you can walk into the Job Fair prepared to take your next step.

Whether you’re starting over, returning to the workforce, or just need some help getting ready, we’re here to help you put your best foot forward.
