Donovan & Sarah Fitzgerald

Donovan and Sarah are located in Edinburgh, Scotland. Sarah serves existing missionaries by recording stories and creating creative films to communicate what God is doing around the world; she also does film work for the Fellowship of Churches of Christ in the United Kingdom and Ireland. She is currently working on her first documentary project Hope Arising, which tells the stories of South Sudanese refugee pastors serving their communities in northern Uganda. Donovan focuses on working with Middle Eastern refugee populations, due to his Arabic proficiency and knowledge of Middle Eastern affairs. Donovan has become involved with various ministries and nonprofits serving refugees in Edinburgh, such as the Sanctuary community of Central Church in Edinburgh, which befriends and serves asylum seekers. Currently, he provides integration assistance and support work to Afghan refugees temporarily housed in hotels throughout the city.
