Our pastors guide us through the central beliefs and practices of the Christian faith. Who is God? Who am I? How do I pray? We address these questions and many more in these classes, starting with the basics in 101 in the fall, and moving deeper in 201 in the spring.

Christianity 101

Learn and grow in the foundations of the Christian faith.

Christianity 101 is a class that will help go deeper in your faith, whether you’re just now considering following Jesus or have been a Christian for years.

We will cover the foundations of our faith that are also deep mysteries, such as the understanding of God as Trinity, the grand story of salvation that runs throughout the Bible, and practices of our faith such as baptism and communion. We will also be encouraged to take our right next step in faith, whatever that might look like for each of us.

We will not only have inspired teaching from our pastors but will also be led in searching the scriptures for ourselves, discussing what we find in groups, and growing in the practice of prayer. Every week we will also make time for Q&A with our pastors. Bring your faith questions, this class will provide open space to share.
