GOLF CART MINISTRY
Rides are provided from the parking lot in the golf cart for anyone, but particularly for the elderly, handicapped, late arrivers, and those who park a long distance away.

HOSPITALITY - Harvest Cafe Ministry
A group of folks who cook for special events which are held at the church or involve groups from Grace Church. The Harvest Cafe Ministry team also prepare and serve breakfast every Sunday morning from 8am-1pm.

INSIDE GREETERS
Greet persons arriving for worship in a positive, gracious manner. A smile and a warm greeting go a long way in making people feel welcome. Greeters need to know the answers to basic questions such as the location of rest rooms, how to enroll a child in the Children's Ministry or where to find hearing assistance.

MUG MINISTRY
This ministry delivers a plate of fresh-baked muffins to selected first time guests. This is a door-step visit, a way of saying to those who came, 'we're glad you did' and we're willing to do everything we can to encourage you to return and make Grace your church home.

OUTSIDE GREETERS
Greet persons warmly who are arriving for worship. A warm smile, a handshake or hug helps to say how glad we are that you came this morning. You may need to assist someone out of their car or provide an umbrella on a rainy day - whatever it takes to assure a good worship experience.

PARKING LOT GREETERS
Street members and visitors in the parking lot and direct traffic. At larger services, direct overflow traffic to additional parking.

P.A.W.S.
A group of "dedicated" owners and their "gentle" pets that visit the elderly and/or persons in rehabilitation on the first Saturday morning of each month. The animals must go through temperament testing in the fall and spring to see if they are appropriate for service in this ministry.

USHERS MINISTRY
The ushers are responsible for handing out the bulletins at the doors entering into the sanctuary. Besides handing them a bulletin, persons need to be greeted warmly. The ushers also need to make an effort to find a seat for late-comers, even if it means getting folding chairs. Ushers are responsible for collecting the offering at the designated time in the worship service. At the end of the service the ushers collect the 'Let's Connect' cards either from the end of the aisles ( 8:30 ) or from the boxes in the rear of the sanctuary.

YES PACKET MINISTRY
Persons who made a decision for Christ in the service are asked to go to the booth in the narthex and receive their "Yes Packet." You need to be sensitive to the decisions the Holy Spirit has encouraged them to make. Encourage them, and be prepared to pray with them if requested. The "Yes Packet" contains a letter from Pastor Jorge, a New Believers' Bible, and a cassette to guide their next steps.
